It takes around four to six weeks to change habit patterns of the mind. You might come across people who claim to be able to fix your anxiety in a single session. It won’t happen. The old habits will return. We have a program that is six weekly sessions and two set of CD’s that you use each day between sessions. One CD that takes 20 minutes to listen to each day, and a set of free car CD’s to help you understand your mind works and how you create the anxiety. Each week we have an individual counselling and Hypnosis session to bring about the changes at a subconscious level.
It makes no difference if you have been suffering from anxiety for months or years. The program tested and proven over ten years will bring about the changes you require.
